  • Yoga

    Flow Vinyasa
Vinyasa means union between breath and movement. Every movement is lead by an inhalation or exhalation. The time you move, is the time you breathe. Your body follows this natural rhythm of breath that soothes your nervous system.

Steady postures and deep breath-work emphasize balance of body, mind and spirit while enhancing flexibility, stamina, and muscular endurance. Modifications are offered for all postures. A guided relaxation closes the session, leaving you feeling stretched, relaxed, and centred. Seniors are welcome.

Meditative and restorative classes are equally appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis. Athletes, runners, dancers, people who like to exercise at the gym will be benefited as well; this practice helps to release soreness in muscles and protects from future injuries.

    Ashtanga Vinyasa
Ashtanga yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Read more at www.ashtanga.com.

  • Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, is an ancient practice that is rapidly gaining popularity in the West. It is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. We live in a chronically exhausted, over stimulated world, Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation, holistically addressing our physiological, neurological, and subconscious needs.

During a typical class, teachers use a variety of techniques-including guided imagery and body scanning-to aid relaxation. And unlike a quick Savasana at the end of asana practice, Yoga Nidra allows enough time for practitioners to physiologically and psychologically sink into it-at least 20 to 30 minutes. We practice Yoga Nidra in order to:
    - induce deep relaxation from day-to-day stress
    - improve sleep
    - to find deeper healing connection to our body

  • Reflexology

An ancient, natural healing art Traditional Thai massage is an age-old practice with a thousand year tradition in Thailand, originally developed in Thai temples and enjoyed by Thai royalty. Thai massage has its roots in Buddhism, Thailand’s national religion, and was influenced by the ancient Indian Ayurveda integrated with Chinese practices.

Traditional Thai massage is based on pressure points along ten key energy lines of the body, which power all physical, mental and emotional processes. Massaging along these key energy lines can break energy blockage, stimulate the circulation and restore general well-being. In this form of massage, the recipient is fully-clothed. Please, make sure to wear cloth that allow easy movement. Massage oil is not used. The massage is done on a mat and the massage therapist employs a variety of yoga stretches to improve range of motion and deep-pressure massage to stimulate circulation.

Thai Massage helps with the maintenance of good health by removing blockages and allowing vital energy to flow freely. Thai Massage helps to improve the body’s circulation, musculoskeletal, nervous, respiratory, digestive, and immune systems.

Thai Massage can also provide therapeutic relief for a range of specific ailments such as tension headaches, neck and shoulder tension, back pain, joint pain, digestive disorders, menstruation problems, insomnia and other discomforts.

In Thailand, a traditional Thai massage session lasts two hours. To receive the full effects and benefits of a Traditional Thai Massage, it is highly recommended that the recipient book a 1.5 or 2 hours session. Prices: 60min - $90 | 90min - $120 | 120min - $160
